You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.


Can I exchange an item I have bought online?

No! All sale items are final sale.

Yes! exchange are accepted within 10 days of the shipped date for your order. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. All products must be in original condition. Please enclose the packing slip, which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance for security reasons.​

What do I do after the item i bought is return?​

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. You can also call our customer service number or email us with the tracking and your order number.​ ​

Can I get a refund after returning an item I bought online?

No refunds. Exchanges only. We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@terkloving. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long does it take to get EXCHANGE?

After you have shipped your return, the time in transit back to is generally 4-7 business days. When we receive your return, we will process the return within 10 business days. Once your return has been processed and your EXCHANGE will be shipped, you will receive a return confirmation email.
